RETURNING A PRODUCT PURCHASED ONLINE:
- Products purchased on conceptstar.online can be returned only during 72 hours delivery of the product. Return is aligibale only if the product has a factory defect.
- Â In case of detection of a factory fault, send a letter to the email address info@conceptstar.online and indicate your customer name and date of purchase in the letter, as well as upload a photo of the defective product, on which the cause of the defect should be clearly visible.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use or if the damage is caused by using the product or improperly opening the package.
- Products will be returned based on a the evaluation of the product at the shop by the specialist.
- The products specified in the category of accessories, socks, and underwear are not subject to exchange arising from hygiene.
EXCHANGING A PRODUCT PURCHASED ONLINE:
- The exchange of the product is carried out within 72 hours after the delivery of the product, and can be exchanged in a product of the same or higher value. Return is aligibale only if the product has a factory defect.
- To request an exchange, you must send a letter to the e-mail address info@conceptstar.online, in the letter you must indicate your user name, the date of purchase and the reason of the exchange.
- Exchange will not take place if the product shows traces of use or damage, or its appearance is damaged (caused by using the product or improperly opening the package).
- Products will be exchanged based on a the evaluation of the product at the shop by the specialist.
- The products specified in the category of accessories, socks, and underwear are not subject to exchange arising from hygiene.
