RETURNING A PRODUCT PURCHASED ONLINE:

  1. Products purchased on conceptstar.online can be returned only during 72 hours delivery of the product. Return is aligibale only if the product has a factory defect.
  2.  In case of detection of a factory fault, send a letter to the email address info@conceptstar.online and indicate your customer name and date of purchase in the letter, as well as upload a photo of the defective product, on which the cause of the defect should be clearly visible.
  3. Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use or if the damage is caused by using the product or improperly opening the package.
  4. Products will be returned based on a the evaluation of the product at the shop by the specialist.
  5. The products specified in the category of accessories, socks, and underwear are not subject to exchange arising from hygiene.

EXCHANGING A PRODUCT PURCHASED ONLINE:

  1. The exchange of the product is carried out within 72 hours after the delivery of the product, and can be exchanged in a product of the same or higher value. Return is aligibale only if the product has a factory defect.
  2. To request an exchange, you must send a letter to the e-mail address info@conceptstar.online, in the letter you must indicate your user name, the date of purchase and the reason of the exchange.
  3. Exchange will not take place if the product shows traces of use or damage, or its appearance is damaged (caused by using the product or improperly opening the package).
  4. Products will be exchanged based on a the evaluation of the product at the shop by the specialist.
